Learn About Us

98hi is a name, a promise — to deliver the best online entertainment experience for every player in Bangladesh. We believe online gaming is not just a way to pass the time; it should be a complete entertainment experience where every moment is memorable and every transaction is simple and secure.

Our mission is straightforward: to build a mobile-first platform for Bangladeshi players where deposits and withdrawals of any amount — starting from just ৳500 — can be made using familiar payment methods like bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours — no long waits.

Transparency is at the heart of 98hi's values. We use SSL encryption and advanced security technology to ensure fair play. Every game is conducted fairly, and the terms of every bonus are stated clearly and simply — such as our welcome bonus, which offers up to 100% up to ৳5,000 with only a 15x wagering requirement.

We are deeply familiar with the sports culture of Bangladesh. From BPL to the T20 World Cup, from thrilling Bangladesh Tigers matches to Kabaddi — our sports betting section is designed to connect with the hearts of Bangladeshi sports fans. Cricket lovers are most passionate about cricket markets, and that is one of the highlights of our service.

Our customer support team is available around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — ready to assist in both Bengali and English. Get instant help via live chat, or reach us by email. We believe every question deserves a proper answer, and every issue has a quick solution.

Responsible gaming is not just a rule for us — it is part of our culture. We want every player to set limits and play with enjoyment. 98hi is for individuals aged 21 and above only — because responsibility is the foundation of genuine enjoyment.
