98hi ("we", "our", "platform") provides an online entertainment and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 98hi and its users ("you", "member").

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence. 98hi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and members will be notified of significant changes by email.

By accessing this platform you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that there is no legal restriction in your jurisdiction preventing you from participating in online gaming activities.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with 98hi you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must open the account as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must not have been previously banned from 98hi.
• You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• Only one account may exist in your name.

2.2 Account Registration Process

During registration you must provide accurate personal information, including: full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact phone number. 98hi may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the 98hi support team immediately.

3.1 Deposits

To deposit funds at 98hi you may use the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank).

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. 98hi reserves the right to set additional maximum limits. Deposited funds are generally processed quickly, though bank transfers may take longer.

You may only use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is needed or for larger withdrawal amounts.

Please confirm your balance before making a withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first (see section 4 below for details).

3.3 Transaction Verification

98hi may request additional identity verification for any transaction. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This process is in place to prevent money laundering and ensure financial security.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000

The welcome bonus applies once only and on the first deposit only. The bonus cannot be claimed again by the same person, from the same device, or from the same IP address.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

There is a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement. If the requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

4.3 Other Promotional Offers

98hi provides various reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special promotions from time to time. Each offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the promotions page. Do not participate in any promotion without reading its terms.

4.4 Bonus Abuse Policy

Any misuse of the bonus system — such as multiple accounts, false information, or using software or strategies to gain an unfair bonus advantage — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, 98hi reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.1 Game Fairness and Outcomes

All games on 98hi are operated by recognised game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI, and others. The outcome of every game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, 98hi reserves the right to void that round and return the stake.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game has its own betting limits, which are displayed on screen when the game loads. Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with bonus funds.

5.3 Live Gaming Rules

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

98hi offers sports betting covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bet acceptance is entirely at 98hi's discretion. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6.2 Tier Progression

Members may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on their gaming experience and activity. 98hi determines the specific requirements for each tier and reserves the right to change them as needed.

6.3 Cashback Payments

Weekly cashback is calculated at the end of each week and credited to the account. Cashback funds may be subject to their own wagering requirements, which will be stated on the promotions page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating more than one account in the same person's name
• Registering with false or misleading information
• Playing on behalf of another person or using third-party funds
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting any technical error in the game system
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account
• Using any form of collusion or fraudulent strategy

8.1 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any remaining valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, subject to the applicable terms.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 98hi

98hi may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of the terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Due to legal obligations
• Prolonged inactivity

8.3 Funds After Suspension

If an account is closed due to a breach of the terms, any bonus funds earned may be forfeited. However, legitimately deposited funds (excluding bonuses) are generally returned, provided they are not connected to any illegal activity.
